I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck pain & knots in their shoulders. I was hesitant at first to spend $90 online on a pillow without being able to feel it and see its size. I was concerned about if it would fit my shoulder width (medium), I was reassured by the fact that it is adjustable, so I could make it fit my needs. The first time I used it I felt immediate support for my neck when I lay on my side. I am a back & side sleeper & have always had trouble finding a pillow that supports both sleeping positions.
On the first night I went to sleep with very tense shoulders and neck muscles, particularly a large tight knot in my shoulder that had been bothering me for weeks. When I woke the next day, the knot had gone and muscles were noticeably relaxed! I am extremely happy with this product. It really delivers! I have also noticed that I toss & turn significantly less throughout the night. Although it is not quite travel-friendly, I plan on bringing it with me if I go on any overnight trips. I would not hesitate to purchase this pillow again & have not used another pillow since purchasing this pillow. The option to pick-up the pillow in Kogarah was also an added convenience for me.

After buying the firm pillows for myself and my husband, we brought our 2 boys who are 7 & 8.5 years old, one each also.

Wonderful . I am a small frame female without an obvious curve at neck/shoulders/head (rheumatoid and osteoporosis too) and I largely sleep on my back. This pillow is working well for me so far. I have had neck problems for many years, and sleeping with the wrong pillow makes it much worse. I used to wake up with a sore neck. Some years ago I bought the Complete Sleeprrr, and I immediately found that my neck problems were much less, and I no longer woke with a sore neck. I just bought one from Back to Basics to replace another one that I’ve had for several years but hadn’t taken very good care of, and it arrived much faster than I expected. I used to have lots of problems with my neck and would wake up with stiffness and soreness. This pillow stopped all of that. I really just needed some support under my neck, and it did the trick nicely. I love that it’s adjustable, so I can get just the right height. At first, I thought it would be really weird when I rolled over onto my side, but it isn’t at all. With proper care and a pillow protector, it will last for many years. LOVE it.
