Return Policy

At Back to Basics Chiropractic we want to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

To ensure your satisfaction we recommend that you read the following returns and refunds policy prior to making any purchases with us.

General Terms

All products sold by Back to Basics Chiropractic are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped via Australia Post and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery. For shipping damage, customers should notify us immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Back to Basics Chiropractic within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Back to Basics Chiropractic acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

INTERNATIONAL / NON-AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

The onus is on the customer to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and wish to have your order re-sent to the correct address, you will be responsible for the shipping expense.

All sales are final. Where you have ordered the incorrect product, or changed your mind about your order, a refund or replacement will not be available.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us that the order has not arrived, or there is a missing/defective item. We will not issue a refund or replacement until the issue has been investigated and resolved. We will not refund our original shipping costs. Replacement items will be issued according to our discretion.

We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from late delivery, or occurring after your order has been delivered.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Due to Australian Health regulations, we are unable to return pillows. Please see below.

The following conditions apply:

  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging with all materials including cables, accessories, and documentation including manuals and warranties.
  • You must complete the return within 14 days of your order.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We will not refund our original shipping costs.

Change of mind – Exchange/Replacement 

If you do change your mind or make the wrong selection and would like to change it for another item we are happy to do so. Due to Australian Health regulations, we are unable to exchange or return pillows.

  • All items must be and in their original packaging with all materials including cables, accessories, and documentation including manuals and warranties.
  • You must complete the return within 14 days of your order.

  • You will receive a store credit to be able to use at a future time at the store.

Wrong Address

We understand that mistakes can happen and we want you to have your product ASAP. Please review your order including your address before you complete your order.

If you have made a mistake on your address please notify us by email at [email protected] or call us on 02 9588 7000. If your order is shipped to the wrong address and it is returned to us you will be responsible for the cost of the returned shipping.

Damaged Goods

If the products you receive have been damaged in transit please contact our head office as soon as possible on 02 9588 7000. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately or provide you with a refund. We will also provide you with instructions on returning the damaged goods to us, free of charge.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that there will be no refund for our shipping costs under any circumstances.

Pillows

Under Australian Health Regulations we are unable to exchange or return pillows so please choose your pillow carefully.

Defective Items

All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Within thirty (30) days, we will repair or replace, all products that are deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. Back to Basics Chiropractic reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is defective.

All returns require prior authorisation and must be returned in the original packing with all materials, cables, accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, and a copy of the original purchase invoice. To obtain authorisation please contact us 02 9588 7000.

Limits and Exclusions

There are no expressed or implied warranties except as listed above. Back to Basics Chiropractic shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use from this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, loss of data, programs or business information, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Back-order Policy

If you order an out-of-stock product, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships. Products on back order will be shipped via Australia Post.
