Terrible experience.After some research I decided to purchase my pillow from Back to Basics Chiropractic. I rang to get help choosing the correct pillow, given the cost, and was advised to choose the original pillow. It arrived and was completely unsuitable.I emailed and subsequently rang, after no reply. I was told I would hear back from someone who could help. No call, only an email saying there was nothing they could do, no returns or exchanges, even though I relied on their expertise to choose my pillow. Zero customer service.Will never order order from Back to Basics Chiropractic again and advise others to steer clear!

I have had a bad neck and shoulder with the condition frozen shoulder. This pillow is the only one I've found to help me get a decent amount of sleep. Very comfortable because you can adjust the pillow to your own level of softness. I've spent a great deal of money on pillows that I thought would be good. This is the one that's worked for me. love it.

Terrible business!!!Updated after the misleading response from the shop:I paid by Applepay where the prefilled apartment number of the builiding is in a different line. As it’s paid by ApplePay, there is no need for manual enterring address.Other online shopping system is able to intergrate the apartment number into the shipping address with ease and I have never had any issue. However, this shop’s outdated system could not handle it internally when they print out the address for shipping which caused Auspost returning the item back to them.Instead of acknowleding their fault, they blamed on customer giving incorrect address.If your system is not able to handle ApplePay properly, you should not offer it as a payment method.They then asked me to either pay the shipping fee once more or get back the refund of the item only.Of course I’m not going to pay the double shipping fee due to the fault in their system!They did not reimburse me in full as they said in their reply. I was charged with the shipping fee for no item received.So I ended up losing money and time and feeling ripped off!

I have found that of the five different TENS units I have owned over the last 26 years, the EMPI TENS unit I was prescribed by the Navy doctors at Bethesda naval hospital, was by far the best. And, although they charged the US government, more than they listed the same product online, their prices have come down for the same most , most closely comparing to I was prescribed by my Navy doctors in 1998.

Just received my peanut pillows and I can’t believe how much they are giving me relief, I’m using them for my knee as I can’t completely straighten one of them anymore due to my osteoarthritis. The comfort is next level!!!! Thanks for this great product!!!

Ordered the Obusforme back rest, but it wasn’t a great fit in my Pajero, although previously it had fitted perfectly in the 3 Honda’s I had driven. I was able to return easily and the team were wonderful! Extremely helpful and understanding

It is supposed to supersoft but it is far from it would not recommend thi product as supersoft

I bought my second pillow recently. The second one was not as firm as the first one, as I selected a different one. Firmness can't be checked/compared easily from the website. Upon receiving the item, I realised that the pillow was incredibly soft; I tried to chat with customer support and was told that pillows couldn't be returned/replaced for health reasons and the best they could do was offer a 10% discount for the new order. I called them, and the agent was helpful. He promised to check and call me back on the same day, which didn't happen, unfortunately. I have a pillow that doesn't meet my needs, and I need another one.Update: after two months of use the pillow doesn’t exist. It is extra extra soft now, once I put my head on it sinks miserably as if I’m not sleeping on a pillow. I’m searching for a new one now. Not recommended at all.

I have tried for hours and hours over 3 nights, but have not been able to fall asleep at all using the anti-snoring pillow - which is sad, because I can definitely breathe more clearly when my head in on it. I have tried removing the inserts, to no avail.

Thanks, my item is pretty good. It just fits me but it's a shame they only go up to XL. Certainly wouldnt fit anyone bigger. It does help some for my lower back, but does nothing for referred pain from my extremely arthritic hip.

I purchased the Deluxe Wobble Board to assist with balancing and ankle strength. I am very happy with my purchase. Great customer service as well. I was accidentally sent the wrong wobble board and without hesitation they sent me the correct one that included a return prepaid postal slip so that I could return the wrong one back to them. I brought this pillow for my 4year old who loves my contour memory foam pillow. The size for a child is perfect, he sleeps soundly on it and it has stopped his sore neck which I believe was from using a Tontine Junior pillow which deflated in one month to absolutely flat - it had no support This kids pillow is perfect. It took a few weeks for that chemical smell to subside. Definitely worth buying.

Ordered a latex body pillow. Very comfy. Doesn't come with a pillow case, but will order one when I order a smaller body pillow.Decided to try these pillows as I couldn't purchase a bamboo wife anywhere.Glad I tried these pillows.

I find they are helping to spread my toes especially my left foot that has a bunion where the doctor did a botch operation on this,. would recommend buying them, easy to look after.

The peanut pillow turned out to be a disappointment. The cotton cover has no give and the support at the neck much too hard. After using it several times it has made my neck pain worse.
