What is the Best Kettlebell Weight to Start With?

If you’re a beginner, we recommend starting with either the 2kg or 3kg kettlebell and work your way up to heavier weights as you progress and grow your workout routine. As kettlebells are handled much differently than a dumbbell, it’s important to choose the correct size as to not harm and stress your body.

If you’re more advanced, you can move up incriminates and choose a 6kg for the start of an intermediate workout, 8kgs for more intense intermediate workouts and up to 12kgs and 18kgs for more advanced workout enthusiasts.
