The Ankle and Wrist Cuff Weights are a great tool to use for strength training wherever you go. They have been proven effective in hospitals and rehabilitation for over 18 years. The Cuff Weights are strapped around the wrists and ankles and are normally filled with steel shot or sand. They are used similarly to other weight-workout devices like dumbbells and kettlebells, except you have the added benefit of not needing to hold onto the weight with your hands whilst working out or doing your resistance routine.

This product also features a long hook and loop fastener closure strap which assures a secure and comfortable fit even during the most strenuous exercise program.

How are Ankle and Wrist Cuff Weights Used?

To wear a wrist and ankle cuff weights, you will need slip hands and feet into the doughnut shaped weight or wrap the weights around your wrist and ankle and tighten them with the easy to attach Velcro band.

The added weight offers enhanced leverage resistance to arm and leg movements and helps increase workout activity. It can make help make workouts more intense and be an excellent tool for building body muscles, strength and help tone the body.
