I have been using this type of neck pillow for probably for over 30 years, since a Chiropractor recommended I try one and subsequently recommend and bought them for many people. Excellent for necks. Each night lie in bed, hang your head over it for 10 mins- it is magic, really works relaxing your neck muscles. Also great when traveling, mine goes on trains, planes etc. Never a night I don’t use it. Steph Smith

I love this little pillow so much i now have 2. Glad new one has washable cover. I keep one in the car. Its perfect for a nap in the car if my shift has a long break
